Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us through the contact page on this site with your order number, and we will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund covers the product price. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you will not need to send the item back.
